Prepares and delivers patient and cafeteria meals using age appropriate criteria and follows D-10 standards and philosophy. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment in accordance with Morris Hospital policy and IDPH and other regulatory agency regulations. Operates and properly maintains food service equipment including the dish machine and the cash register.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food service experience and experience with cash registers helpful. Experience with kitchen equipment helpful.
