Job Description

The Medical Staff Meeting Secretary, under the supervision of the Medical Staff Manager, is responsible to prepare agendas and packets for most Medical Staff meetings, take the minutes at the meetings, transcribe the minutes, and do all follow-up pertaining to the meetings. The minutes shall be transcribed in a timely manner and all meeting binders shall be updated consistently.
Strong computer knowledge - Microsoft Word is a requirement. Must also be able to adapt to other programs easily. Shorthand skills desired. Past secretarial experience recommended.
