Perry Memorial Hospital, an acute care 26-bed facility, is located in Noble County, Oklahoma, along the I-35 corridor approximately 1 hour north of Oklahoma City.
Originally referred to as Perry General Hospital, the first facility opened in November 1933 at 901 Sixth Street. the hospital remained at this location for almost 20 years until a new building was errected at 1120 Seventh Street in December 1952. The groundbreaking for Perry Memorial Hospital at 501 Fourteenth Street, took place on January 30, 1950, and remains there today.
In August, 2014, the Community Medical Clinic opened with 2 physicians and 1 physician's assistant providing healthcare to Perry and the surrounding communities. The facility is open extended hours, including Saturday mornings, to meet the needs of their patients. It is located at 1318 Elm Street, across the street from the hospital, and gives patients the opportunity of staying close to home.

By earning accreditation, Perry Memorial Hospital has demonstrated it meets or exceeds patient safety standards (Conditions of Participation) set forth by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. DNV GL’s accreditation program is the only one to integrate the ISO 9001 Quality Management System with the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
