POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for the support of administrative office functions

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

License or Certification: CPR Certification

Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience: At least 1 year experience as an executive assistant. Bachelors degree required in business administration, healthcare administration, accounting, or finance.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to set priorities, possess good organizational and communication skills;

Ability to type 40-60 wpm;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Possess good judgment, tact and ability to work effectively under stressful conditions;

Self reliance;

Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.

Organize and prioritize tasks and projects

Accurately complete job responsibilities within the specified time constraints to meet the needs of participants, regulatory standards and customer satisfaction

Physical ReQUIREMENTS:

Ability to speak, hear, and read English

Ability to perform computer skills

Ability to discern temperature, texture, size, and shape

Exceptional attendance is a requirement in order to fulfill role expectations

CRITICAL DEMANDS:
