Full-Time M-F, 5:30am-3pm. Works under direct supervision of Director of Nutrition Services. Performs various duties in the general operation of food services according to sanitary regulations. Primary job related to the preparation and cooking of main entrees, a variety of hot and cold foods, and desserts for hospital meals for patients and employees as designated by production sheets. Performs tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with The Childrens Center Rehabilitation Hospitals Mission, Vision, Values, and Standards.
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required
Experience: On-the-Job Training. 3-5 years food preparation or related work experience required.
